Honorary Personnel Found 'Siluman,' Dompu Regency Government Cancels PPPK Decree In The Middle Of Time

DOMPU - The Regency Government (Pemkab) of Dompu, West Nusa Tenggara, canceled a number of decrees (SK) for the appointment of government employees with a part-time work agreement (PPPK) after it was discovered that there were honorary workers who did not meet the requirements in the selection process in a number of regional apparatus organizations (OPD).

"The cancellation was carried out based on the results of the investigation report (BAP) of the investigation team which found several participants admitting that they did not meet the provisions. We made a letter of resignation, and the decree was automatically canceled," said Head of the Regional Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKD-PSDM) Dompu Arif Munandar in Dompu, Antara, Wednesday, October 8.

A joint investigation team from the Inspectorate, BKD-PSDM, and the Education, Youth and Sports Office (Dikpora) has conducted field verification in a number of locations, including SDN 34 Dompu, SDN 6 Hu'u, SDN 25 Woja, SDN 11 Pajo, and Prokopim Section Setda Dompu.

"We are still tracing data on 5,541 non-ASN personnel proposed for the issuance of the Percentimal PPPK Identification Number," he said.

Regarding the findings in the Prokopim Section of the Regional Secretariat of Dompu, Arif said that this occurred due to a national data input error and is currently being corrected.

"We have submitted the data error for improvement," he said.

Responding to these findings, the chairman of the DPRD Dompu Muttakun assessed that the investigation steps carried out by the local government were appropriate and in line with the findings of his institution.

"This step is important to ensure cases such as the 2016 CPNS K2 recruitment don't happen again," he said.

Muttakun hopes that the follow-up verification process can dismantle the individuals involved in the non-ASN personnel who do not meet the requirements. He also said that the DPRD had received 12 public complaints regarding the alleged manipulation of documents in the proposed part-time PPPK candidate.

Previously, the Regent of Dompu Bambang Firdaus emphasized that the local government would not tolerate manipulation in the selection of PPPK.

He ensured that the appointment decree would be disallowed if administrative violations and service ethics were found.
