JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) summoned three witnesses from PT Sigma Cipta Caraka or Telkomsigma regarding the alleged corruption of digitizing Pertamina's public fuel filling station (SPBU) today, September 29. One of them, Rina Susanti, who is the Director of Finance and Risk Management of PT Sigma Cipta Caraka.
"The investigation was carried out at the KPK's Red and White building," said KPK spokesman Budi Prasetyo to reporters, Monday, September 29.
Apart from Rina, investigators also summoned two other witnesses from the subsidiary of PT Telkom. They are Lanny Handoko who is an employee and Suryo Radityo as Head of Billing PT Sigma Cipta Caraka.
Then investigators also summoned other witnesses, namely the former Tasmin as VP Finance PINS from January 2024 to October 2024 and Senior Advisor of PT PINS until May 2025. A total of four people were summoned but the material has not been detailed.
Budi only said that the four witnesses would be questioned regarding the case being handled.
"The KPK has scheduled an examination of witnesses in alleged corruption in the procurement of digitization of PT Pertamina (Persero) gas stations for the 2018-2023 period," he said.
Previously reported, the KPK is again investigating allegations of corruption at PT Pertamina (Persero). This time, the connection with the digitization project of public refueling stations (SPBU) allegedly occurred in 2019-2023.
To investigate this case, the KPK has issued an investigation warrant (sprindik) in September 2024. Three suspects have been named but have not been officially announced.
