The Staff Of The Minister Of King Juli Antoni Was Summoned By The KPK Regarding The Bribery Of Inhutani Forest Management

The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) summoned Dida Mighfar Ridha as Expert Staff to the Minister of Forestry for Economic Affairs and International Trade today, September 17. He will be questioned regarding the alleged bribery of forest management in the PT Industri Hutan V or Inhutani V area.

"The investigation was carried out at the KPK's Red and White building," said KPK spokesman Budi Prasetyo to reporters in a written statement, Wednesday, September 17.

As for the inspection schedule, Dida has the status of Director General of Forest Management Lestari. He has come to the anti-corruption commission office since 09.30 WIB.

In addition to examining Dida, investigators also examined six other witnesses. They are Surya, Fitri, Arum, and Benny Susanto as employees of PT Paramitra Mulia Langgeng Lampung Representative; Wardiono as Operational Coordinator of Lampung Region PT Paramitra Mulia Langgeng; and Hari Sriyono who is the Estate Manager of PT Pramitra Mulia Langgeng Register 46.

"The investigation was carried out at the Bandar Lampung Police office," said Budi.

Budi has not yet detailed the examination of the witnesses in this case. He only said that the statements of the seven witnesses, including the staff of the Minister of Forestry Raja Juli Antoni, were needed.

"KPK has scheduled witness examinations related to alleged corruption in the Management of Forest Areas in the Inhutani V area," he said.

Previously reported, the KPK appointed the Managing Director of PT Inhutani V, Dicky Yuana Rady; Director of PT Paramita Mulia Langgeng (PML), Djunaedi; and Aditya as the licensing staff of SB Group as suspects for alleged bribery for forest use permits. This determination was made after all three were entangled in a hand arrest operation (OTT) on Wednesday, August 13.

In this silent operation, the KPK confiscated 189 thousand Singapore dollars in cash; IDR 8.5 million; Jeep Rubicon; and Mitsubishi Pajero Sport.

For his actions, Djunaidi and Aditya as the givers, are suspected of committing acts of corruption as regulated in Article 5 paragraph (1) letter a or b or Article 13 of the Corruption Eradication Law, jo. Article 55 paragraph (1) 1st of the Criminal Code.

Meanwhile, Dicky as the recipient is suspected of committing a criminal act of corruption as regulated in Article 12 letter a or b or Article 11 of the Corruption Eradication Law.
