1,384 Food Packages Distributed To Denpasar Janitors

DENPASAR - The Government of Denpasar City, Bali distributed 1,384 packages of food to the janitor. This food package is a form of concern and appreciation for the hard work in the Department of Environment Hygiene and Landscaping (DLKP).

Deputy Mayor of Denpasar, I Kadek Agus Arya Wibawa, said the food aid was an appreciation from the city government to the janitors DLHK Denpasar.

"We together with the Mayor of Denpasar invite the janitors to remain spirited in carrying out the task of maintaining urban cleanliness in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic", he was quoted as saying by Antara, Thursday, May 13.

Agus Arya Wibawa said the food aid handed over this time is not only seen from the amount and content but this can be used as togetherness in maintaining the cleanliness of Denpasar.

"Our high appreciation is given to the janitors with care and discipline in every task of maintaining the cleanliness of Denpasar. Be it sweeping officers, the ordering of shady trees to officers who carry out their duties in temporary shelters (TPS) garbage.

Agus Arya Wibawa also expects the officers to always coordinate if they see obstacles in the field while on duty.

"We hope that coordination and communication related to obstacles in the field for the officers to be delivered, so that it does not become an obstacle in carrying out routines in the field," he said.

Meanwhile, the Head of the Department of DLHK, Ida Bagus Putra Wirabawa, delivered 1,384 packages of food to non-civil servants. These include a messaging officer, a broom officer, and a TPS officer.

"This is a concern and appreciation of the Mayor and Deputy Mayor to the janitors. We express our gratitude to the officers who continue to carry out the routine task of maintaining the cleanliness of Denpasar City", said Putra Wirawibawa.
