The Minister Of Housing Asked DKI To Provide A Tapak House, Pramono's Subordinates: Yes, But Expensive

JAKARTA - President Director of Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya Andira Reoputra responded to the request of the Minister of Housing and Settlement Areas (PKP) Maruarar Sirait for the DKI Provincial Government and BUMD to increase the provision of landed housing for Jakarta residents and not just vertical housing.

As a BUMD assigned to build housing, Andira said that her party has a number of landed residential projects (landed) in the Jakarta area and its surroundings.

However, Andira admitted that the selling price of the landed house built by Sarana Jaya was quite expensive, even reaching Rp4 billion. This is because the price of land is increasingly soaring in Jakarta.

"Our landed (landed house) exists. Indeed, many are looking for landed, but because the land value is expensive, the selling price is also expensive," said Andira at DKI Jakarta City Hall, Thursday, September 11.

The landed houses that Andira is referring to are located on Jalan IR. H. Juanda, Ciputat, South Tangerang, and CBD Pulo Jahe, Cakung, East Jakarta.

Therefore, the DKI Provincial Government has also assigned the Housing and Settlement Areas (DPRKP) and Sarana Jaya to provide affordable housing, both owned, such as flats and Rp0 DP houses and leases such as flats.

"For this reason, vertical houses from the DKI Provincial Government are presented with the housing office, and we, affordable housing," said Andira,

"Actually, the principle of developers is how we can provide livable housing, both rent, and property. Well, both the concept is vertical, and landed," he added.

Previously, the Minister of Housing and Settlement Areas (PKP) Maruarar Sirait or who is familiarly called Ara asked DKI Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung to increase the provision of housing.

However, Ara asked the DKI Provincial Government not only to provide vertical houses such as rented flats (rusunawa) or flats owned (rusunami), but also landed houses.

"How do we start building subsidized houses in Jakarta, sir? Don't (story house building) and above, if we may consider it," said Ara after the socialization of housing program credit socialization at DKI Jakarta City Hall, Wednesday, September 10.

Ara realized that the provision of landed houses outside Jakarta was not difficult because there were still many vacant land available. This is different from Jakarta. Therefore, Ara offers the use of government assets for the provision of these residences.

"Maybe there are a lot of subsidized houses outside Jakarta. Maybe in the future we will discuss how the central and Jakarta cooperation will take advantage of the existing assets," said Ara.
