JAKARTA - The explosion at a South Korean military base (South Korea) in the area near the border with North Korea injured eight people.
Yonhap news agency reported two victims of severe burns, but none were in critical condition.
A local firefighter confirmed the explosion but gave no further details.

The explosion in Paju is believed to have been caused by explosives used for training, Yonhap reported, citing the South Korean military.
