JAKARTA - Minister of Defense and Coordinating Minister for Political and Security Affairs (Menko Polkam) ad interim, Sjafrie Sjamsoeddin, responded to the arrival of the Commander of the Cyber Unit (Dansat Cyber) TNI Headquarters to the Polda Metro Jaya.

The presence of a number of TNI generals intends to conduct consultations because they have found the alleged criminal act committed by Ferry Irwandi. Sjafrie handed over his follow-up to the TNI Commander Agus Subiyanto.

"Yes, it's operational, please go to the TNI commander who handles operations. If it's related to national policies, you can ask me," said Sjafrie at the office of the Coordinating Ministry for Political, Legal and Security Affairs, Central Jakarta, Tuesday, September 9.

Sjafrie emphasized that all actions of TNI officials are the responsibility of the TNI Commander.

"I leave this authority to the TNI commander. We have the highest authority to delegate it," he continued.

On Monday, September 8, the Commander of the Cyber Unit (Dansat Cyber) at the TNI Headquarters, Brigadier General Jo Sembiring, visited the Polda Metro Jaya. The goal is to consult regarding the findings of alleged criminal acts committed by the founder of the Malacca Project, Ferry Irwandi. The findings of the alleged criminal act are based on the results of cyber patrols carried out by the TNI Cyber Team.

"Our constitution is related to us finding the results of cyber patrols, we found several facts of alleged non-criminal crimes committed by Ferry Irwandi," Jo told reporters, Monday, September 8.

From the results of the consultation, it was decided that legal steps would be taken. Allegedly, the statement hinted that it would make an official police report.

However, it was not clearly conveyed about the alleged criminal act committed by Ferry Irwandi. "So we will take legal steps on the alleged crime," he said.

Regarding the alleged criminal act in question, Jo only said that this matter would be open in due course, namely during the process of being handled by the police.

"Later, there will be an investigation later, let's continue," said Jo.

Ferry Irwandi then responded to this. In his personal Instagram account, Ferry admitted that he was ready to face all legal processes that would drag him down.

"I am ready to face everything, don't worry, I was never educated to be a coward or a coward. I say one thing, the idea cannot be killed or imprisoned," said Ferry.
