Moreno Until Raffi Ahmad Is Rumored To Be The Minister Of Youth And Sports, Commission X Of The House Of Representatives: If The President Believes, We Will Cooperate

JAKARTA - Racers as well as members of the DPR from the Gerindra faction, Moreno Soeprapto, to Artist Raffi Ahmad are rumored to be serving as Minister of Youth and Sports (Menpora), replacing Dito Ariotedjo.

President Prabowo Subianto previously removed 5 of his cabinet ministers and inaugurated 4 ministers and one Deputy Minister at the state palace yesterday. However, the figure of the new Menpora is not yet known and will be sworn in later.

Chairman of Commission X DPR Hetifah Sjaifudian said his party would cooperate with the Menpora new whatever the president chooses. Most importantly, according to him, the new Menpora can continue the program that Dito has successfully carried out.

"Oh, if it's from Commission X, the important thing is to be able to continue programs that have been initiated by the previous minister, then also new things have sustainability," said Hetifah at the DPR building, Jakarta, Tuesday, September 9.

Regarding the figure, the Golkar politician gave it entirely to President Prabowo who has prerogative. Both Moreno and Raffi Ahmad were even other candidates.

"Yes, hopefully we can continue the previous program. From the side of Commission X, we are ready to cooperate with the new minister who is trusted by the president," said Hetifah.

"Even though the president believes, God willing, he will be able to work with us," he concluded.
