PEKANBARU In commemoration of the 70th Bhayangkara Traffic Day in 2025, the Riau Police Traffic Directorate carried out the Police Goes To School and Green Policing programs in a number of SMA/SMK Pekanbaru City on Monday 8 September.
The activity started at 08.00 WIB, with Ditlantas staff acting as daily ceremony supervisors while conveying traffic safety messages.

Traffic Ordered Education
On this occasion, Ditlantas provided education about Kamseltibcarlantas to students and teachers, including the invitation to protect the environment through the Green Policing program. As a tangible form, helmets and parcels were given to students, as well as planting tree seedlings with the school.
This program aims to strengthen Ditlantas' partnership with schools, instill traffic discipline from an early age, as well as form a young generation that obeys rules, has character, cares about the environment, and is ready to be a pioneer in traffic safety.
Dirlantas Polda Riau, KBP Taufiq Lukman Nurhidayat, said that this activity not only took place in Pekanbaru, but also simultaneously carried out by the Satlantas Polres of the Riau Police.
