JAKARTA - The Police Code of Ethics Commission (KKEP) trial related to the death of Affan Kurniawan as a result of being run over by a tactical vehicle (rantis) was again held today. This time, the alleged violator, Bripka Rohmat.

"Thursday, September 4, this is for the alleged investigator Bripka R," said Karo of the Professional Supervision and Development (Wabprof) of the National Police Propam, Brigadier General Agus Wijayanto, quoted Thursday, September 4.

In a series of events, Bripka Rohmat was known to be a ranstis driver. So, in the examination process, his actions fall into the category of serious violations and are threatened with sanctions for Disrespectful Dismissal (PTDH) or dismissal.

"Untuk kategori pelanggan berat dapat dituntut ancamannya adalah PTDH," sebutnya.

At the previous KKEP trial, the Commander of the Battalion (Danyon) Regiment IV of the Brimob Corps (Korbrimob) of the National Police, Kompol Cosmas K Gae was sanctioned with Disrespectful Dismissal (PTDH). Because, it is considered to have acted unprofessionally in securing the demonstration.

"In administrative sanctions, Disrespectfully Dismissal," said Karo Penmas, Police Public Relations Division, Brigadier General Trunoyudo Wisnu Andiko reading out the court verdict, Wednesday, September 3, evening.

Not only that, the administrative sanctions that were also imposed on Kompol Kosmas K Gae were special placements (patsus) in the special room of the Provos Bureau of the Propam Polri for six days.

The special placement sanctions given were also said to have been carried out by Kompol Kosmas K Gae

"Administrative sanctions in the form of placement in a special place for 6 days from August 29 to September 3, 2025," said Trunoyudo.
