KAI Implements KA Dismissal In Jatinegara Until September 2

JAKARTA - PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Operational Area 1 Jakarta has again imposed the termination of the long-distance train (KAJJ) departing from Gambir Station and Pasar Senen at Jatinegara Station this Sunday until Tuesday, September 2, 2025.

The Public Relations Manager of KAI Daop 1 Jakarta, Ixfan Hendriwintoko, said in a statement in Jakarta on Sunday that the operation pattern was engineered to anticipate traffic jams and engineering in the Gambir Station and Pasar Senen areas for three days.

He said similar policies had been carried out previously, including earlier this week, namely Thursday, August 28, Friday, August 29, 2025, and Saturday, August 30, 2025.

"The engineering of this pattern of operations is temporary. That way, the community has a choice of a closer and strategic departure point, especially for those from eastern Jakarta," he said.

He conveyed the engineering of the operating pattern by imposing an extraordinary stop (BLB) at Jatinegara Station for KA-KA which under normal conditions did not stop at the station.

The trains that stopped at Jatinegara Station on August 31-2 September 2025 were KA 50F (Purwojaya);KA 7006 (Batavia); KA 58F (Purwojaya) and KA 126F (Cheribon Facultative).

Then, KA 6 (Argo Semeru);KA 132 (Parahyangan);KA 46 (Taksaka); KA 2 (Argo Bromo Anggrek); KA16 (Argo Dwipangga);KA 118 (Gunungjati);KA40 (Sembrani).

Furthermore, KA 62 (Manahan);KA 122 (Cakrabuana);KA44 (Taksaka);KA 38 (Brawijaya);KA 8 (Bima); KA 36 (Gajayana);KA 124 (Cakrabuana);KA 42 (Semabrani);KA 32 (Pandalungan);KA 4 (Argo Bromo Anggrek); KA 14 (Argo Lawu).

KAI Daop 1 Jakarta appealed to prospective passengers who will use train services to adjust departure times and prepare sufficient travel time in anticipation of traffic engineering patterns.
