The police chief said the suspect would be subject to the TPPO Eradication Law Junto Article 296 and Article 506 of the Criminal Code with a maximum penalty of 15 years in prison and a fine of up to Rp120 million.

Meanwhile, the confiscated evidence included five cell phones, Rp800 thousand in cash, and nine condoms.
