Ahmadi Noor Supit Irit Talks After Being Examined By The KPK 8 Hours Related To The Corruption Case Of Bank BJB

JAKARTA - Former Member V of the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) Ahmadi Noor Supit was questioned for eight hours by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK).

He was asked for information regarding the alleged corruption in the procurement of advertisements at PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat and Banten Tbk or Bank BJB (BJBR).

From observations in the field, Ahmadi left the examination room at the KPK's Red and White building at 18.25 WIB, Wednesday, August 20. He has been undergoing examination since 09.57 WIB or about eight hours.

"Yes, I will give the information according to the request," said Ahmadi Noor Supit to reporters.

Ahmadi Noor Supit did not reveal the information the investigators asked him during the examination. He asked the KPK to explain.

However, he denied that investigators were questioning him regarding the irregularities in the results of the BJB Bank audit.

"I wasn't asked," he said.

In the future, Ahmadi Noor Supit is ready if investigators have to be summoned again.

"It's my obligation as a citizen to explain anything," he said as he walked away.

The KPK is known to be investigating the irregularities in the audit results at the regional bank. Acting (Plt) Deputy for Enforcement and Execution of the KPK Asep Guntur Rahayu said Ahmadi Noor Supit was one of the auditors working.

"So the person concerned used to be an auditor to carry out an audit at Bank Jabar Banten, BJB," Asep told reporters at the KPK's Merah Putih building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta, Thursday, August 7 evening.

"The audit results, the results of the audit then we saw that there was a convulsion from the results of the audit," he continued.

One of these irregularities is the change in findings. Ahmad Noor Supit is suspected of knowing about the change so that his statement is needed.

"That's what we are investigating whether the findings were then followed up or the findings were reduced because there was something like that that we are investigating," said Asep, who is also the Director of KPK Investigation.

Previously reported, the KPK stated that it was ready to develop allegations of corruption in the procurement of advertisements for Bank BJB. Any information obtained by investigators will not hesitate to follow up.

Meanwhile, in the alleged corruption in advertising procurement, the KPK has named five suspects. They are former President Director of Bank BJB Yuddy Renaldi; Bank BJB Corporate Secretary Division Head Widi Hartoto; Agency Controller Antedja Muliatama and Cakrawala Kreasi Mandiri Kin Asikin Dulmanan; Agency Controller of BSC Advertising and PT Wahana Semesta Bandung Express (WSBE) Suhendrik; and Controlling of PT Cipta Karya Sukses Bersama (CKSB) and PT Cipta Karya Mandiri Bersama (CKMB) Raden Sophan Jaya Kusuma.

This case investigation warrant (sprindik) was issued on February 27, 2025. The actions of the five suspects are suspected of having caused the state to lose up to Rp22 billion.

Currently, the detention has not been carried out on five suspects. However, they have been prevented from traveling abroad for six months and can be extended according to the needs of the investigation.
