EAST LOMBOK - East Lombok District Attorney stated that the West Nusa Tenggara Inspectorate has not published the results of an audit of calculating state financial losses in the corruption case of the Labuhan Haji dock rehabilitation project for the 2022 fiscal year with a work value of IDR 3 billion.

"The calculation of state financial losses requested at the provincial inspectorate is just waiting for results," said Head of the Intelligence Section of the East Lombok Kejari Ugik Ramantyo when contacted in Mataram, Antara, Wednesday, August 20.

However, he explained, this was not an obstacle for investigators who had named four suspects based on letter of determination Number: Tap-03/N.2.12/Fd.2/08/2025 and Tap-04/N.2.12/Fd.2/08/2025 dated August 12, 2025.

"So, the investigative team believes that there is a difference. Because we also use the internal audit team, in other sense, the investigative team has believed that there is indeed a state financial loss," he said.

In addition, investigators have found at least two pieces of evidence that strengthen the elements of unlawful acts of the four suspects.

"The investigative team stated that the determination of the suspect was in accordance with the allegations, it had fulfilled the elements that the investigators said had been fulfilled," he said.

The four suspects in the alleged corruption case of project work under the control of the East Lombok Regency Transportation Service consist of government and private agencies, with the initials AH, MAF, SH, and M.

"The suspects AH as PPK, MAF as the owner of the benefits of the construction contractor company, SH as a physical company borrower, and M as the executor of physical contractor work," he said.

According to investigators, the suspects in this case are suspected of committing a criminal act of corruption by committing an unlawful act that has harmed state finances. One of them is strengthened by the results of expert examinations from civil engineering.

Investigators named four suspects by applying the allegations of Article 2 paragraph (1) and/or Article 3 in conjunction with Article 18 of Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 20 of 2001 concerning Amendments to Law no. 31 of 1999 concerning Eradication of Criminal Acts of Corruption jo. Article 55 paragraph (1) 1st of the Criminal Code jo. Article 64 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code.

Following up on the determination, investigators on Tuesday (19/8) detained two of the four suspects, namely MAF and SH at the Class II B Selong Detention Center, East Lombok Regency.

"For the other two (AH and M) we have not. We are still investigating. Investigators are still working to provide more information, witnesses and other evidence to make it clearer," said Ugik.
