Investigation Of 'Criminal Funds' Pokir DPRD NTB Is Getting Hotter, Chairman Of The Council Until Members Are Called By The Prosecutor's Office

The West Nusa Tenggara High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati) examined the chairman of the NTB DPRD Baiq Isvie Rupaeda regarding the alleged corruption of the basic thought fund (pokir) for the 2025 fiscal year which is said to contain "stealth funds".

Spokesperson for the NTB Prosecutor's Office, Efrien Saputera, confirmed the investigation carried out by the special criminal investigator.

"Yes, that's right. Already asked Mr. Aspidsus, yes, he said. The person concerned came to provide information to a special criminal investigator at the NTB Prosecutor's Office," said Efrien in Mataram, Antara, Wednesday, August 13.

Baiq Isvie who was met after fulfilling the call at around 13.00 WITA also confirmed his presence at the NTB Prosecutor's Office building.

"Alhamdulillah, the pole (I) has finished everything. As a law-abiding citizen, I came to fulfill the call," said Baiq Isvie.

However, when asked about the alleged "stealth fund" worth Rp. 100 million to Rp. 300 million in the distribution of the NTB DPRD pokir funds, he admitted that he did not know about this and asked that further information be asked to the prosecutor's investigators.

Kehadiran Ketua DPRD NTB menambah daftar anggota legislatif yang telah memberikan keterangan terkait kasus ini. Kepala Kejati NTB Wahyudi menegaskan pihaknya tidak tebang pilih dalam memeriksa siapapun yang diduga terlibat.

"There is no selective logging. If it really has to be called because the information is needed, we will call it," said Wahyudi.

In this series of investigations, previously two members of the NTB DPRD, Ruhaiman and Marga Harun, handed over hundreds of millions of rupiah which were suspected to be part of the 2025 "stealth fund". The NTB Prosecutor's Office confirmed that the handover of the money was not at the prosecutor's request.

The handling of the case is based on the Investigation Order of the Head of the NTB Prosecutor's Office Number PRINT-09/N.2/Fd.1/07/2025 dated July 10, 2025. A number of members of the legislature and executives have been observed to have provided information, both on personal initiatives and official summons from the prosecutor's office.
