Head of the Army Information Service (Kadispenad) Brigadier General Wahyu Yudhayana revealed that around 24 people had been investigated in the case of the death of an Army soldier in East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) named Prada Lucky Chepril Saputra Namo who was allegedly abused by his senior.
Wahyu said those being questioned were the alleged perpetrators of the persecution and witnesses of the death of Second Private (Prada) Lucky Chepril while on duty at the Development Territorial Battalion 834 Waka Nga Mere, Nagekeo, NTT.
"Until now, there are more than 24 people who are being examined, both as suspected perpetrators and witnesses. All were questioned during the examination process," Wahyu said when met at the Pusdiklatpassus, Batujajar, West Bandung, Friday, as reported by Antara.
Currently, said Kadispenad, all the alleged perpetrators of the persecution of Prada Lucky and witnesses in the case that occurred in one of the units under Kodam IX/Udayana are being investigated intensively by the Military Police Detachment (Denpom) in Kupang, NTT.
"After finding evidence and facts as well as the level of involvement of each member, the leadership of the Indonesian Army has said that the legal process will be carried out in accordance with applicable regulations," he said.

Prada Lucky has only been a TNI soldier for two months and officially joined the Indonesian Army in May 2025.
After completing his education in Buleleng, Bali, Prada Lucky was placed in the Development Territorial Battalion 834 Waka Nga Mere, Nagekeo Regency, NTT.
