Subang Police Chief, AKBP Dony Eko Wicaksono, stated that the case involved three 17-year-old girls employed as lady companions (LCs) at nightclubs.

He stated that all three cases were reported and followed up in early August 2025.

"This is a serious crime that damages the nation's morals," Dony said, as quoted by ANTARA on Thursday, August 7.

He explained that the first case occurred at the Flamboyan Cafe, with the victim identified as WA from Karawang. The suspect, identified as DM (39), a Subang resident, was arrested along with evidence in the form of a guest logbook.

The second case involved the victim, TS, from Cianjur, who worked at the Susan Cafe. Police arrested the suspect, SWA (34), from Karawang. The third case at Wulansari Cafe involved victim NS from Garut, and suspect AK (37), a resident of Subang.

The victims were recruited with the promise of easy work and high pay, then employed as waiters and singers (LC) to lure guests at a karaoke establishment in an environment inappropriate for their age and psychological development.
