The motive of a man with the initials RU, allegedly stabbing a TNI member with the initials RR at an entertainment venue in Blok M area, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta was triggered by a bump.

Until finally, the perpetrator who was carried away by emotions chose to stab the victim with the knife he was always carrying.

"He brought a knife, he did have to take care of himself," he said.

He said the perpetrator often carried a knife because he had been held at gunpoint around Blok M by an unknown person.

Now, officers have examined the perpetrators and several witnesses for further questioning.

The victim was stabbed 13 times and is being treated by the hospital. The perpetrator and the victim did not know each other.
