Former President Director And Director Of Finance Pertamina Examined By AGO In Oil Scandal

The Attorney General's Office (AGO) has examined nine witnesses in the investigation of cases of alleged corruption in crude oil management and refinery products at PT Pertamina (Persero), Sub Holding and Cooperation Contract Contractors (KKKS) for the period 2018 to 2023. From these witnesses, some of them were former President Director (Managing Director) to Finance Director of PT Pertamina.

"Investigators at the Jampidsus Directorate examined nine witnesses," said Head of the AGO, Anang Supriatna in his statement, Tuesday, July 29.

The witnesses examined were NW as the former President Director of PT Pertamina; ESM who is the Finance Director of PT Pertamina; and PN as the Finance Director of PT Pertamina (Persero) for the period 2018 to 2019.

In addition, former Director of Commercial & Trading PT Pertamina Patra Niaga; and AS, Director of Finance in the same business unit.

Investigators also examined the private sector, namely, MDS from PT Kalimantan Prima Persada; BAS from PT Prima Wiguna Parama; KRS from PT Energi Meda Persada Tbk and PT Imbang Tata Alam; and RW from PT Pertamina International Shipping.

"The witness examination was carried out to strengthen the evidence and complete the filing in the case," said Anang.

In this case, the AGO has named nine suspects, one of whom is Muhammad Riza Chalid (MRC) as Beneficial Owner of PT Orbit Terminal Merak.

Meanwhile, other suspects, namely Alfian Nasution (AN) as Vice President of Supply and Head Office Distribution of PT Pertamina 2011-2015; Hanung Budya Marityanta (HB) as Director of Marketing and Commerce of PT Pertamina 2014; and Toto Nugroho (TN) as Vice President Integrated Supply Change in 2017-2018.

Then Dwi Sudarsono (DS) as Vice President and Product of the Head Office of PT Pertamina Persero 2018-2020; Martin Haendra Nata (MH) as the Development Manager Business of PT Travigura in 2019-2021; and Indra Putra Harsono (IP) as the Development Business Manager of Mahameru Kencana Abadi.

In addition, HW as a former SVP Integrated Supply Chain Pertamina; and AS from PT Pertamina International Shipping.

They were named as suspects because they were suspected of making direct appointments to the Merak fuel terminal with a high rental price that did not benefit Pertamina. In addition, formulate for Pertalite products are illegal.
