At the 50th Anniversary of MUI's Tasyakur activity, it was themed "MUI Menyembuh For the Benefits of the People and the Harmony of the Nation" attended by the 13th Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia, KH Ma'aruf Amin, the Minister of PKP together with the General Chairperson of MUI, KH M Anwar Iskandar, and representatives of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) signed a memorandum of understanding (Mou) between the Ministry of PKP and MUI and BPS, regarding the Provision and Update of Data and/or Statistical Information as well as the Implementation of Housing for Dai, Ngaji Teachers, Islamic Activists, and Employees of Islamic Community Organizations within MUI.

In addition, Maruarar Sirait also symbolically gave the keys to 25 Koran teachers and religious teachers who were present in the mass contract of Bank BTN subsidies.
The subsidized housing program is one of the Government's efforts to reduce the housing backlog which reaches 9.9 million.
