The National Police Awarded 3 PPKS Security Guards, A Form Of Performance-Loyality Appreciation

JAKARTA - The National Police gave awards to three personnel of the security unit (security guard) PT Prima Karya Sarana Sejahtera (PKSS). The award is a form of appreciation for performance and professionalism at the Police Headquarters and Polda levels.

The award was also related to the national event held by the National Police Headquarters, which coincided with the commemoration of the 79th Bhayangkara Day in July 2025.

"We believe that security guards are at the forefront of creating a sense of security and a positive image of the company in the eyes of clients. Therefore, this achievement is a special gift for PKSS at the age of 26, in line with our tagline "Growing Stronger, Srving Better," said the President Director of PT. PKSS, Donny Permana, in his statement, Friday, July 25.

Meanwhile, the three security guards who received the award, namely Cheveriadi as Champion I in the Middle Gada Utama category at the National Police Headquarters, followed by Salman Alfari as Champion II of Gapa Madya, and Budiman Yawaddulazi who won Third Place for the Main Gada

This awarding is said to be a clear proof of the professionalism and quality of PKSS human resources which continues to be developed in a sustainable manner.

Not only at the external level, PKSS also held an internal award program through the selection of "Satpam PRIMA 2025", namely a model security guard recommended and selected by each PKSS Branch Office throughout Indonesia.

The selection of PRIMA Security Guards is carried out based on strict and objective assessment criteria, including never getting complaints from users or clients, having good communication skills, having special skills or skills such as martial arts, karate, or other technical abilities that support security tasks.

This program is part of PKSS's commitment to continue to encourage superior performance and build a work culture that is oriented towards excellent service.
