JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) of Harley Davidson's big motorbike from former special staff Ida Fauziyah while serving as Minister of Manpower, Risharyudi Triwibowo. The vehicle is suspected of being related to the alleged extortion related to the processing of a foreign labor permit (TKA) at the Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker).

"KPK confiscated a two-wheeled vehicle related to the Ministry of Manpower case," said KPK spokesman Budi Prasetyo to reporters in a written statement, Tuesday night, July 22.

Budi said the big motorbike had been placed in the KPK Confiscated Object Storage House (Rupbasan), Dewi Sartika Street, Cawang, East Jakarta. This forced effort was carried out on Monday, July 21.

"The confiscation was carried out from RYT's brother as a former ministerial staff member," he said.

"Currently, the vehicle unit has been placed in the KPK Rupbasan," continued Budi.

Based on the photos obtained, the big bike appears to be red in a black leather seat. The type is the Harley-Davidson Sportster Iron 883 from search results on a number of sites.

Meanwhile, Risharyudi was summoned by the KPK as a witness in the extortion case related to the TKA permit on Wednesday, July 16. He was questioned with Caswiyono Rusydie Cakrawangsa who had been a staff member of Ida.

In addition, the anti-corruption commission also examined Luqman Hakim, who was once a special staff of Hanif Dhakiri while serving as Minister of Manpower (Menaker). Ida is known to have held the position in 2019-2024 while Hanif was in the 2014-2019 period.

Previously reported, the KPK officially announced eight suspects in the extortion case for the processing of foreign workers' permits (TKA) at the Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker) for the 2019-2024 period.

Two of them were Suhartono and Haryanto who had served as Director General of Manpower Placement and Expansion of Job Opportunities (Binapenta and PKK) of the Ministry of Manpower. They are suspected of having participated in the flow of extortion money from foreign workers whose value reached Rp53.7 billion.

Meanwhile, the other suspect is Wisnu Pramono as Director of PPTKA of the Ministry of Manpower; Devi Anggraeni as Coordinator of the PPTKA Feasibility Test for the period 2020-July 2024 then became Director of PPTKA for the period 2024-2025; Gatot Widiartono as Coordinator of Analysis and Control of Foreign Workers The Directorate of Control of the Use of Foreign Workers of the Ministry of Manpower; and Putri Citra Wahyoe, Jamal Shodiqin, and Alfa Eshad who are staff at the Directorate General of Binapenta and PPK.

This case began when the order to extort the applicant was conveyed by Suhartono and Haryanto as former Director General of Binapenta and PKK of the Ministry of Manpower as well as two former Directors of PPTKA of the Ministry of Manpower Wisnu Pramono and Devi Angraeni. This request was later executed by Putri Citra Wahyoe, Jamal Shodiqin, and Alfa Eshad as verifiers.
