Exhumation Results Of Brigadier EA Lampung Police: There Are 2 Wounds Due To Sharp Objects On The Neck

BANDARLAMPUNG - Lampung Regional Police (Polda) together with the National Police's Criminal Investigation Center for Research and Criminal Investigation Agency explained the results of the exhumation of Brigpol EA, a member of the Pakuan Ratu Police, Way Kanan Police, who died at his home face down in the bathroom with a large wound to the neck.

"Then there were two wounds to the neck due to trauma of sharp objects. Then the results of the fatalogy anatomicy examination, there were wounds found while the victim was still alive," he said.

Meanwhile, Fuslabfor Toxicology Expert at the National Police Headquarters AKP Ade Laksono said, from the results of the toxicology examination, the bodies of Brigadier EA from several organs such as liver and kidney were detected as ampetamine and nicotine.

"Ampetamine is a content of ecstasy drugs, while nicotine comes from cigarettes or liquid vaccines. These substances circulated before the victim died. So the results are in accordance with the hypothesis that the victim was affected by addictive substances before he died," he said.

Then, from the examination at the crime scene (TKP), several bloodstains were found and at the location only two DNA samples were found, namely, Brigadier EA and Novitasari who were the victim's wives.

"So it is certain that no one else, apart from the victim and his wife, took place at the time of the incident," he said.

Way Kanan Police Chief AKBP Adnan Mangopang said his party could not confirm the cause of the death of Brigadier EA, whether he was a victim of murder or a result of suicide.

"Today it only conveys the results of the exhumation action. The results of the exhumation will be stated in the form of verbal oral or report of examination (BAP), as expert information. Then we will proceed to the case title, to determine whether this is a criminal act or not, based on Article 109 of the Criminal Procedure Code," he said.

Brigpol EA, a member of the Way Kanan Police, Lampung, was found dead with cuts to the neck at his home in Banjar Masin Village, Baradatu District, on Tuesday (7/1).

Then, in April the Brigpol (EA) family attorney's team reported the Waykanan Police to the Lampung Regional Police, because they were considered unprofessional in handling the case of their members suspected of committing suicide, but did not provide a single legal document to the victim's family.
