The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) summoned six witnesses regarding the alleged bribery of a road construction project at the PUPR Service and the PJN Working Unit (Satker) Region 1 North Sumatra, Tuesday, July 15.
One of them is Stanleyuggard Tuapattinaja, Head of the North Sumatra National Road Implementation Center (BBPJN).
KPK spokesman Budi Prasetyo said the investigation took place at the Medan Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) office.
Apart frommen, the witnesses examined were Dicky Erlangga as Kasatker Region I PJN, Said Safrizal Treasurer of BBPJN North Sumatra, Manaek Manalu Commitment Making Officer (PPK) and Kasatker Region II PJN, T. Rahmansyah Putra or Dadam, and Ahmad Juni Head of PUPR PUPR Padangsidimpuan Regency.
Budi has not detailed the material for the examination of the witnesses. The KPK is currently continuing to collect evidence after naming five suspects from a hand arrest operation (OTT) in North Sumatra on Thursday, June 26.
One of the suspects is Typhoon Obaja Putra Ginting, the former Head of PUPR for North Sumatra Province. Apart from Typhoon, the other four suspects are the Effendi Siregar Rasul, Head of the Old Mountain UPTD of the North Sumatra PUPR Service, concurrently PPK; Heliyanto PPK PJN PJN Region I North Sumatra; M. Akhirun Efendi Siregar, President Director of PT DNG; and M. Rayhan Dulasmi Pilang Director of PT RN.
