BATAM Regional Office of BPN Riau Islands Province officially launched the 2025 Electronic Transition Service in Batam City, Wednesday (9/7). This step is a new milestone in digital transformation of land services in the Riau Islands region.
Head of the Regional Office of BPN Kepri, Nurus Sholichin, A.Ptnh., MM, directly led the socialization and training with all Heads of Regional Offices and Heads of District/City Land Offices. In his remarks, Nurus called the digital transformation as modern Hijrah towards a faster and more transparent service system.
"This transformation requires the readiness, collaboration, and active involvement of all employees. I appreciate the achievements of the last six months. The spirit of change must be maintained," said Nurus.
He also emphasized the importance of adaptation and innovation in each work unit so that land services are more professional and efficient. Through the digital system, the process of transitioning land rights is expected to be simpler and more accurate.

This training provides land and PPAT ranks with a technical understanding, ranging from uploading digital files, verifying online data, to using the Touch Tanahku application. This application allows applicants to choose the waiting location flexibly, both from the office itself and the Land Office.
