JAKARTA - Head of the DKI Jakarta Transportation Agency, Syafrin Liputo, said that the process of obtaining entry and exit permits (SIKM) does not make it difficult for people who want to travel for non-homecoming purposes.

Syafrin said, the waiting time for verification of residents who fill out the SIKM filling form is no longer than two days. This is because a team from the Investment Agency and One Stop Services (Dinas PMPTSP) will be on guard in every village.

"Verification is a maximum of two days. Kelurahan PTSP teams stand by 1x24 hours in all urban villages," said Syafrin at the City Hall of DKI, Central Jakarta, Tuesday, May 4.

Syafrin promised, DKI Governor Anies Baswedan's decision to authorize the use of SIKM would be published in the near future. So, residents can already take care of SIKM from May 6-17 during the ban on going home.

There are only five types of applicants for making SIKM who will get approval. They are people who travel on family visits due to illness, visits from grief of deceased family members, pregnant or childbirth mothers, a maximum of 1 companion of pregnant women, and a maximum of 2 birth attendants.

SIKM is made online through the Jakevo application at https://jakevo.jakarta.go.id. When opening the application, look for the neighborhood that you live in. Then, residents will attach a number of documents such as KTP and sufficient security according to their needs.

"For example, because of grief in the village, attach a death certificate from the village. For those who visit sick people, attach a hospital certificate or a local doctor. Then for those who are born, attach a letter from the hospital," explained Syafrin.

"Those who will be between pregnant women, attach a certificate from the doctor in charge that the person concerned will give birth in the village, so it must be delivered. Of course there will be a maximum of two companions," he added.

After filling in the form, the PTSP team will verify it. Once verified, the local village head will sign and SIKM can be used for traveling.

Meanwhile, for state civil servants (ASN) who wish to undertake an emergency trip, they must attach a minimum letter of assignment from echelon II officials so that they can reach SIKM. For private employees, they must get a travel letter from the leadership.

Not only using public transportation, private vehicle users are also required to pocket SIKM. "Surely SIKM will be requested, along Java, Sumatra, Bali. There are 333 insulating points, both on toll roads, arteries, collectors, local, and rat roads. Earlier police colleagues have mapped it," he explained.

Syafrin reminded that residents who travel, even though they have pocketed SIKM, still have to undergo a COVID-19 test using PCR, antigen, or GeNose C19.
