Reported by Antara, Tuesday, May 4, Jambi Province COVID-19 Task Force spokesperson Johansyah in Jambi, Monday said that apart from being confirmed positive, there were 45 patients who were declared cured, bringing the total to 6,276 people, and 1,493 people who are still undergoing treatment are spread across eleven districts and cities in the area. Meanwhile, there are 121 COVID-19 patients who have died in that area. Of the eleven districts and cities in the area, three regencies and cities are in the red zone or a high risk zone for COVID-19 transmission. "Jambi City, Sungai City It is full and Kerinci Regency is in the red zone for COVID-19, "said Johansyah. Meanwhile, the other six districts are in the orange zone for COVID-19 or a moderate risk zone for COVID-19 transmission. Among them are Bungo, Tebo, Batanghari, Muaro Jambi, Tanjung Jabung Timur and Tanjung Jabung Barat districts. Two other districts are in the yellow zone of COVID-19 or a low risk zone for COVID-19 transmission, namely Merangin and Sarolangun Regencies. Jambi Province urges the public to be disciplined in carrying out the COVID-19 health protocol by implementing 5M, namely wearing a mask, washing hands with soap in running water, maintaining distance, avoiding crowds and reducing mobility outside the area, and complying with regulations that have been issued by the government to breaking the chain of transmission of COVID-19.
