JAKARTA - The Attorney General's Office (AGO) has coordinated with the Directorate General of Immigration regarding the issuance of prevention status abroad against the President Director of PT Sri Rejeki Isman (Sritex) for the 2005 '2022 period, Iwan Kurniawan Lukminto.
The Head of the Attorney General's Office, Harli Siregar, said that the prevention was related to the handling of the alleged corruption case in granting credit to PT Sritex. "Yes, that's right, prevention has been carried out abroad," said Harli to VOI, Saturday, June 7.
The status of preventing Iwan Kurniawan Lukminto is said to have been in effect since May 19, 2025. Regarding the validity period, said Harli, this status will be intercepted by the President Director of PT Sritex for the 2005-2022 period for the next few months. "The validity period is a preventive status of up to six months," said Harli.
