JAKARTA - Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen said Russia's attack on Ukraine over the weekend proved Moscow was not interested in peace.
"At noon Putin spoke of negotiations, then he bombed Ukraine at night," Frederiksen told reporters at a meeting of Nordic leaders in Finland.
Russia at night released what the Ukrainian air force described as Russia's biggest drone strike in the war to date.
Frederiksen said Nordic leaders had agreed their country would support Ukraine as long as necessary.
The additional support could mean military aid, investment in Ukraine's defense industry, and cooperation with Ukrainian companies.

US President Donald Trump previously said Vladimir Putin was completely insane by launching the biggest airstrikes in the war in Ukraine.
Trump is considering further sanctions against Moscow, but he also rebuked Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
"Something has happened to him. He's really CRAZY!" Trump said of Putin via Truth Social reported by Reuters, Monday, May 26.
"I've always said that he wants all of Ukraine, not just part of it, and maybe it's proven true, but if he does, it will cause Russia to fall!," Trump continued.
Trump also criticized Zelenskyy by saying the Ukrainian leader did not help his country by making statements that were problematic.
Previously, speaking to reporters at the airport in Morristown, New Jersey, Trump said he was unhappy with Russia's attack on Ukraine.
"I don't know what's wrong with him. What happened to him? Right? He killed a lot of people. I'm not happy with that," he said.
There was no immediate response from the Kremlin or from Zelenskyy's office regarding Trump's statement.
In the biggest airstrikes in the war, Russia hit Ukrainian cities and other targets with 367 drones and missiles on Sunday night. The attack killed 12 people, including three children in the northern region of Zhytomyr.
