Three Illegal Parking Workers In Blok M Keroyok Taxi Driver, One Of Them Is A Member Of Ormas

The South Jakarta Metro Police Criminal Investigation Unit (Satreskrim) through a joint team from Opsnal Units I, III, and V managed to secure three perpetrators of the beating on Tuesday (13/5/2025) at 15.00 WIB. The three were arrested while working as illegal parking attendants in the Blok M area, precisely on Jl. Panglima Polim No.37, Melawai, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta.

"The arrest is a follow-up to the police report numbered LP/B/1626/V/2025/SPKT/POLRES METRO JAKSEL/POLDA METRO JAYA which was made on May 11, 2025, related to the alleged criminal act of beating as referred to in Article 170 of the Criminal Code." said the Head of General Crimes of the South Jakarta Metro Police, AKP Igo Fazar Akbar, to reporters, Wednesday, May 14, 2025.

The beating took place on Saturday, May 11, 2025 at around 19.31 WIB, in the parking area of Blok M, Jl. Panglima Polim No. 37. The victim, who was known to work as a taxi driver, was dropping off passengers and stopped because a pedestrian was crossing. One of the perpetrators who was a wild parking attendant then shouted for the victim to walk immediately. Feeling unacceptable, the victim replied by saying, "Someone crossed, stupid!"

An unavoidable argument. The perpetrator approached the victim and an argument broke out. The victim then got out of the vehicle and agreed to duel one by one. When the perpetrator fell down, two other perpetrators came to help by kicking and holding the victim, then beating the victim's face, causing injuries and pain in the body.

The victim then reported the incident to the South Jakarta Metro Police for follow-up.

Based on the results of the investigation, the joint team managed to identify and secure the three perpetrators at the same location at the time of the incident. The three perpetrators are:

Tauvik Hidayat (31) a resident of Palmerah, West Jakarta, Andre Kurniawan (30) a resident of Mampang Prapatan, South Jakarta, Putra Rama Kelana (22) a resident of Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta.

The three of them have now been secured and taken to the South Jakarta Metro Police for further investigation by Unit V Resmob Satreskrim Polrestro South Jakarta.

During the arrest, the police also secured a number of evidences in the form of:

1 ID card in the name of Tauvik Hidayat

1 KTP in the name of Rama Kelana's Son

1 ID card in the name of Andre Kurniawan

1 membership card of mass organizations in the name of Tauvik Hidayat

The police confirmed that the investigation process would continue to be carried out to reveal the roles of each perpetrator and ensure that the legal process was carried out in accordance with applicable regulations.
