JAKARTA - A number of airlines canceled flights to divert their routes in southern Asia, in the aftermath of the conflict between India's two neighboring countries and Pakistan.
Emirates, Etihad and Qatar Airways airlines are among airlines that have stopped flights from Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Doha to airports in northern India and Pakistan, which have closed all of its airspace.
Etihad said it had diverted aircraft routes in the middle of the flight. IndiGo and SpiceJet also issued warnings.
