Sepele, Don't Want To Be Delivered Home: Student In Majalengka Persecutes Lover To Death

MAJALENGKA - A tragic case shocked Majalengka Regency, West Java, after a beautiful student with the initials APA (21) had the heart to persecute her lover, VR (22). This sad incident was triggered by the suspect's frustration due to the victim's request to be brought back to his parents' house.

Majalengka Police Chief AKBP Willy Andrian revealed that the chronology of the incident began when APA picked up VR and took him to his residence in Lengkong Wetan Village, Majalengka Regency.

"The purpose of the suspect to pick up the victim is to discuss the continuation of a more serious relationship. The victim even stayed for some time at the suspect's house," explained AKBP Willy, Tuesday, May 6.

However, the situation changed when VR asked to be taken home. This request is thought to have strongly ignited APA's emotions and committed acts of violence.

"The suspect, who was annoyed at the victim's request, beat him. In fact, the suspect hit the victim's eye with a cell phone," he said.

After the persecution, the helpless VR was held in a locked room for four days. APA panic appeared when he saw his girlfriend's condition getting worse, until he finally took her to Majalengka Hospital.

The victim died with bruises on his face and shoulders. This made the hospital suspicious and immediately reported the incident to the police.

The police moved quickly to follow up on the report and managed to secure APA at his residence. During the arrest, the police also secured a number of evidences in the form of three cell phones and a car belonging to the suspect.

"Satreskrim Majalengka Police conducted a series of investigations on Saturday regarding the alleged violence that resulted in the death of a man. Based on an initial investigation, several bruises were found on the victim's face indicating violence," explained AKBP Willy regarding a beautiful student who abused her lover to death in Majalengka.

VR's body then underwent an autopsy at Bhayangkara Indramayu Hospital. The autopsy results confirmed that there were bruises that caused the victim's death.

"After conducting a series of examinations and collecting evidence, the police concluded that the female suspect was suspected of committing violence that caused the loss of the victim's life," said AKBP Willy.

Furthermore, AKBP Willy Andrian revealed that the initial motive for this act of violence was suspected because the suspect did not want the victim to return to his family's house and wanted to continue with him.

"The act of violence lasted for approximately four days, the victim was also prohibited from going home. The victim was declared dead by the doctor on Saturday," he said.

For his actions, the suspect APA was charged with Article 338 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 351 paragraph (3) of the Criminal Code concerning murder and maltreatment that led to death, with a maximum penalty of 15 years in prison.
