Prabowo Affirms State Assets At GBK-Kemayoran Managed By Danantara

JAKARTA - President Prabowo Subianto reiterated that state lands in the GBK Senayan area and in Kemayoran, Jakarta, both will be managed as state assets by the Danantara Investment Management Agency.

Presiden Prabowo menyebut tanah negara di Kawasan GBK Senayan nilainya dapat mencapai 30 miliar dolar AS, sedang tanah negara seluas kurang 400 hektare di Kemayoran nilainya dapat mencapai 40 miliar dolar AS.

"Later (state land in Kemayoran, ed) we will also hand over, managed by Danantara," said President Prabowo during the Plenary Cabinet Session at the Presidential office, Presidential Palace, Jakarta, Monday, May 5.

The President said that the amount of assets managed by the state could reach more than 1 trillion US dollars, especially if it included state-owned lands in the GBK Senayan area, and in Kemayoran. So far, the assets managed by the state, the President said the amount was 982 billion US dollars.

The President is also optimistic that this value can continue to grow. Therefore, the President ordered his staff including the Minister of ATR/Head of BPN Nusron Wahid to carefully track, review, and re-register state assets, especially those with business rights concessions (HGU) and building use rights (HGB).

"Mr. Nusron, you will examine it later. We are very rich. Check all HGU concessions, HGB, which are due, return them to the country," said President Prabowo to the Minister of ATR/Head of BPN Nusron Wahid during the Plenary Cabinet Session.
