PBD - Sorong City Police in Southwest Papua (PBD) has named four members of the Federation of West Papua (NFRPB) countries as suspects for treason in the province.
Sorong City Police Chief Kombes Pol. Happy Perdana Yudianto explained that the determination of the suspect was based on the results of his investigation to examine five witnesses.
The Sorong City Police have confiscated a number of evidences in the form of 18 documents related to NFRPB, police official clothes and NFRPB soldiers, as well as the identities of related organizational members.

The four suspects each have positions in the structure of the NFRPB organization, namely AGG as the minister of interior and concurrently the special staff of the NFRPB president, MS as deputy chief of NFRPB and head of army is PR.
"We are still continuing to investigate the existence of this organization in Southwest Papua, so there is still the possibility of other suspects being added," he said.
Based on witness testimony, the four suspects were sworn in by the "President of NFRPB" who lives in Jayapura to be responsible for carrying out their duties in the Southwest Papua region.
