Promise To Remove Outsourcing, Prabowo Will Gather Labor And Entrepreneur Groups In Bogor

JAKARTA - President Prabowo Subianto promised to gather a group of workers and employers in the near future. He wants an agreement regarding workers in the country, especially those related to the outsourcing system.

This was conveyed during a speech at the commemoration of International Labor Day or May Day in the Monas area, Central Jakarta, Thursday, May 1. Prabowo initially said that he asked the National Welfare Council to study outsourcing issues.

"If possible, we will not immediately, but as soon as possible remove outsourcing," said Prabowo, who was then greeted by the mass of action.

However, Prabowo emphasized that this spirit was still carried out realistically.

"We must also protect the interests of investors," he said.

"If they don't invest, there are no factories, you don't work. So we have to work with them," continued the former Indonesian Minister of Defense.

That way, in the future, Prabowo plans to gather 150 labor groups and 150 company leaders in the country. This step was taken after hearing input.

"On the suggestion of your leadership, I will hold a meeting at the Bogor Palace," he said.

"We will sit down together. I will tell entrepreneurs, brothers and sisters cannot want to be rich, as rich as they are without inviting workers to live well," concluded Prabowo.
