PALU - Head of the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law (Kemenkum) of Central Sulawesi Rakhmat Renaldy ensured that the Selection of Competency (Selkom) for Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK) of the Ministry of Law of the Republic of Indonesia was transparent and accountable.

"This selection uses the CAT system which has been proven transparent and accountable," said Rakhmat Renaldy in Palu, Antara, Tuesday, April 22.

He expressed his appreciation and gratitude to all participants who have shown high commitment and enthusiasm to be part of the Ministry of Law's extended family.

"The participation participation not only reflects the spirit of service, but also the strong desire to provide the best for the nation and state through the Ministry of Law and Human Rights," said Rakhmat Renaldy.

Renaldy ensured that all stages of selection were carried out professionally with a computer-assisted test (CAT) system that was nationally standardized.

He explained that to prevent fraudulent practices such as jockeys, participants would go through an identity check using face recognition technology that had been tested for accuracy.

He said the face recognition technology was part of a strict surveillance effort against the integrity of selection, where participant identities would be matched biometrically before entering the exam room.

He hopes that of the 19 participants who take part in the selection, a state civil servant (ASN) will be born who is able to carry out the mandate with full dedication.

Meanwhile, Head of UPT BKN Palu Assakhiyyu emphasized that this selection was under direct monitoring of BKN and was held with high security standards to ensure objective and intervention-free results.

"This PPPK selection is part of the government's efforts to meet the needs of human resources that are professional and with integrity within the Ministry of Law," he said.
