The Public Is Asked To Wait For The Forensic Results Of The Criminal Investigation Agency For The Recovery Of Bank DKI Services

JAKARTA - Bank DKI Corporate Secretary Arie Rinaldi invites the public to wait for the results of the digital forensic examination by the National Police Criminal Investigation Unit regarding the recovery of Bank DKI services.

"Bank DKI respects the ongoing legal process and invites the public to jointly wait for the results of digital forensics from the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police Headquarters," said Arie in his statement, Monday, April 21.

Currently, Bareskrim Polri is still investigating reports related to disruptions to interbank transfer services at Bank DKI.

"The digital forensic process is still being carried out by law enforcement officials (APH) to identify the root causes and impacts caused," said Arie.

Arie emphasized that all customer funds remained safe and did not experience any reduction. During the period of disruption, transactions between Bank DKI accounts through the JakOne Mobile application continue to run normally.

The interbank transfer transaction service through an ATM machine has returned to normal operations since April 8, 2025.

"Currently, we are strengthening the risk mitigation system in a sustainable manner, including the JakOne Mobile application and other systems," he said.

The strengthening process is carried out through the assessment stage and approval from Bank Indonesia as a regulator.

Previously, the President Director of PT Bank DKI Agus H. Widodo, the progress of service recovery is currently still in the stage of validation with internal and external teams.

"Hopefully this week or later next week it can be finished and we can open it," said Agus, Wednesday, April 16.

The validation process is carried out thoroughly with the internal team of Bank DKI, as well as involving teams from technology partners such as IBM to ensure all improvements are in accordance with security standards.

"We will also be assisted by the regulator to validate that this repair is really good and ready to be reopened," said Agus.
