JAKARTA - A boy named Alvaro Kiano Nugroho (6) who lives in Pesanggrahan, South Jakarta, has not been found for 40 days since he was reported missing on Thursday, March 6.

"Yes, so it was the fasting month on March 6. Usually, every time before sunset, he would go to a mosque near his house," said Alvaro's mother, Arumi, to reporters in Jakarta, Friday.

Arumi explained that at first Alvaro had permission to perform Maghrib prayers at a mosque near his house in the Ulujami area, Pesanggrahan, South Jakarta.

However, after the Maghrib prayer, it turned out that Alvaro had not come home. So, the family is looking for his whereabouts and his friend admits that he was not with him during prayers.

In the end, the family chose to report to the police in order to find the whereabouts of the baby.

"Finally, on March 7, we reported it to the Pesanggrahan Police. It was only investigated on March 7 evening. Look at the surrounding surveillance cameras (CCTV), most of them died, even those who were alive were not there," he said.

Arumi menjelaskan pada awalnya Alvaro izin untuk melaksanakan salat Maghrib di masjid dekat rumahnya di kawasan Ulujami, Pesanggrahan, Jakarta Selatan.

Namun, selepas salat Maghrib ternyata Alvaro tak kunjung pulang. Sehingga, keluarga mencari keberadaannya dan temannya mengaku tak bersamanya saat salat.

Pada akhirnya, keluarga memilih untuk melapor ke kepolisian demi mencari keberadaan sang buah hati.

"Akhirnya di tanggal 7 Maret kita lapor ke Polsek Pesanggrahan. Baru diselidiki 7 Maret malamnya. Lihat kamera pengawas (CCTV) sekitar kebanyakan mati, yang hidup pun enggak ada Alvaro di situ," ujarnya.

Ciri-ciri pakaian terakhir Alvaro yakni memakai kaos hitam, celana panjang hitam, dan sendal hitam. Kemudian fisiknya, bertubuh kurus, kulit gelap, rambut cepak, dan terdapat lesung pipi.

Sementara itu, Kapolsek Pesanggrahan AKP Seala Syah Alam menyebut pihaknya masih melakukan pencarian kepada bocah yang hilang.

"Kami masih terus mendalami dan pengembangan dari setiap info yang masuk," ujar Seala.

Seala menyebut ada dua laporan anak hilang yang diterima Polsek Pesanggrahan saat ini. Jajaran kepolisian sudah membantu mencari dengan menelusuri lingkungan setempat dan menyebar poster anak hilang di grup WhatsApp warga.
