Cileunyi-Nagreg Bandung Traffic Congested With Tend To Rage Up To 5 Km

JAKARTA - Traffic from Cileunyi to Nagreg, Bandung Regency, West Java, on D-3 Lebaran 2025 is jammed. Congestion tends to creep up to 5 kilometers (km).

Wakasatlantas Polresta Bandung AKP Agus Budi said traffic jams had occurred in Nagreg from afternoon to night.

"Until now, almost 21,000 vehicles have passed through Cikaledong Post, of course there has been a significant increase compared to yesterday," Agus said in Bandung Regency, quoting Antara.

Based on observations, the density of vehicles began to occur on Jalan Raya Citaman, Nagreg to the Cikaledong Service Post.

Agus said that at night there was a fairly long traffic jam. Congestion is caused by factory employees who return home.

"This score occurred because the disbandment of factories that incidentally just today took a day off and tomorrow they will not reopen. But we have communicated with Garut, there has been a re-closure, and the vehicle is turning again," he said.

Despite the increase in the volume of vehicles, Agus said that the police would not implement a one way system or one route to unravel the density.

He added that a one-way system would be implemented if vehicles leading to Limbangan, Garut Regency, were already congested.

"If there has been a traffic jam in Pamuncana, it is dangerous, then we will move the current to Garut," he said.
