Parking Attendant Beaten To Death After Iftar In Bandung, Police Hunt For Perpetrators

Bandung City Police (Polresta) are hunting for the perpetrators of the beating that killed a parking attendant with the initials RS (24). The beating took place in a minimarket, Cimaung District, Bandung Regency, Sunday, March 16.

Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Bandung Police, Kompol Luthfi Olot, said that his party immediately carried out an investigation after the recording of the beating was crowded and viral on social media.

"Currently, a joint team from the Criminal Investigation Unit and the Cimaung Police are pursuing the alleged perpetrator," said Luthfi in Bandung Regency, Antara, Monday, March 17.

Luthfi revealed that the incident that happened to the victim occurred shortly after breaking the fast. It is known that the perpetrators chased the victim and abused him in the minimarket.

According to witness testimony, the victim was covered in blood and was declared dead when first aid was to be carried out.

After the incident, the victim was immediately taken to the Sartika Asih Hospital, Bandung City for an autopsy.

He explained that the case was immediately handled by the police, which was then carried out by a series of crime scene (TKP) processing.

"From the results of the crime scene, as well as a temporary investigation at the location, we have identified the perpetrators," he said.
