Mataram Manpower Office Immediately Opens The Eid Al-Fitr THR Complaint Post

MATARAM - The Manpower Office of Mataram City, West Nusa Tenggara Province, immediately opened a complaint post for workers/laborers to companies related to the payment of holiday allowances (THR) in 2025.

"Our THR posts are scheduled to open 17-27 March 2025. If after that date there are still complaints from workers, we are ready to follow up," said Head of the Mataram City Manpower Service (Disnaker) H Rudi Suryawan in Mataram, Antara, Wednesday, March 12.

The existence of the THR post is to ensure that no workers are not paid by employers/entrepreneurs.

The opening of the THR complaint service post was opened as a follow-up to the Circular Letter of the Minister of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia regarding the Implementation of the 2025 Religious Holiday Allowances for Workers/Laborers in Companies.

In addition, the Circular Letter of the Minister of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia concerning the Provision of Holiday Bonuses for Drivers and Couriers at Application-Based Transportation Services.

One of the circulars states that the THR of employees is paid in full on D-7 Eid al-Fitr or not in installments.

Therefore, workers who do not get THR to the maximum limit of D-7 Eid al-Fitr or receive THR but not 100 percent, can go directly to the THR post.

"Workers please submit a complaint to the service post, so that we can immediately follow up," he said.

According to him, the THR post was opened earlier in order not to accept complaints related to THR payments, but also to receive THR payment consulting services.

Especially for new companies that need assistance in the calculation system for giving THR so as not to violate the rules that have been set.

Moreover, this year will be the first year of giving holiday bonuses for drivers and couriers to application-based transportation services in accordance with the Circular Letter of the Minister of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia.

"Giving holiday bonuses for drivers and couriers to application-based transportation services is a new part that we will monitor in accordance with the provisions," he said.

At the THR post that will be opened, the Mataram City Manpower Office will alert officers according to working hours, but to make it easier, it will also prepare online layanes.

"For the online service number, after the opening of the new post we published it," he said.

Based on data, during the opening of the THR post from year to year, the Manpower Office has received complaints from 2 workers in 2022, and three people in 2023 and all can be resolved after mediation.

"Meanwhile, in 2024, we will not receive any complaints. Hopefully in 2025 there will also be no complaints, which means that all workers/laborers have received THR according to their rights," he said.
