Asked To Hold PSU Pilkada, KPU Given A Deadline Of 30 To 180 Days

This was conveyed by Afif during a meeting with Commission II of the DPR and Bawaslu and the Ministry of Home Affairs at the Parliament Complex, Senayan, Jakarta, Thursday, February 27.

"The results of the reading at the Constitutional Court last Monday are also several things related to the time limit, there are areas that are given a minimum time limit of 30 days in 4 regions, namely in North Barito, Magetan, West Bangka, Siak. There are only a few polling stations," Afif said.

Then, the PSU area that was given a maximum deadline of 45 days was in 5 regions. Namely, Sabang City, Talaud Islands Regency, Banggai, Bungo and Tailabu Islands. Then the PSU who was given a deadline of 60 days was in 2 areas, namely Banjar Baru City and Serang Regency.

"(Kota Banjar Baru) Ini 100 persen TPS kemudian kabupaten Serang 100 persen," ungkap Afif.

Furthermore, the PSU with the nomination or replacement of one of the regents or deputys in accordance with the details of the Constitutional Court's decision, said Afif, there are some that can be changed, some that only one of them is replaced.

"Itu di situ ada di 60 hari di 7 daerah. Yaitu kabupaten Pasaman ini 100 persen TPS, Kab Tasikmalaya, Empat Lawang, Kutai Kertanegara, Gorontalo Utara, Bengkulu Selatan, Parigi Motong 100 persen TPS," bebernya.

Lalu tenggat waktu 90 hari di 3 daerah. Diantaranya, di Kabupaten Mahakam Ulu Kalimantan Timur, Pesawaran Provinsi Lampung, dan Kota Palopo Sulawesi.

"Lastly, there are 180 days in 2 areas, namely in Boven Digoel districts, South Papua and Main Papua," Afif concluded.
