JAKARTA - Defendant 1 shot the car rental boss that occurred at Rest Area KM45, Tangerang-Merak Toll Road, Thursday (2/1), Head Classi (KLK) Bambang Apri Atmojo denied the testimony of the witness who said he shot at the crowd.

Initially, a minimarket employee at the KM45 rest area, Tangerang-Merak Toll Road as an eye witness, namely Ahmad Farizi, admitted that he saw the perpetrator shooting the victim from a black car and shooting at the crowd of people who were arguing.

"When it comes to the crowd, the perpetrators shot twice. Once in the car, but after one time the perpetrator came out towards the crowd," said Farizi as quoted by ANTARA, Monday, February 24.

Hearing Farizi's statement, the defendant 1 Bambang denied this statement. Bambang admitted that he did not shoot at the crowd or shoot 90 degrees straight, but in the upper direction.

"Both the defendants have heard the testimony of witnesses? Is there anything to argue with?" asked Chief Judge Lieutenant Colonel Chk Arif Rachman.

"Allowing to deny, the witness said I shot 90 degrees straight. It's true that the shot was up 160 degrees," replied Bambang.

Hearing Bambang's rebuttal, the judge again asked Farizi about the rebuttal. Then Farizi accepted and confirmed Bambang's confession.

"This is a rebuttal, the first shot was not a straight shot or at the crowd, but rather upwards. I ask again, on the defendant's rebuttal, the witness confirmed the refutation or the witness remained in witness testimony?" said the judge.

"Certainly the rebuttal. I saw a strip after the shot, the position was like this (the gun was directed forward)," replied Farizi.

"It means that actually the witness did not see where the first shot was?" asked the judge.

"Iya tidak lihat," ucap Farizi.

The follow-up trial of the shooting of the car rental boss with the defendant three members of the Indonesian Navy (AL) with the agenda of examining nine witnesses at the Jakarta Military Court II-08 today starting at 09.10 WIB.

The trial was chaired by Lieutenant Chief Judge Colonel Chk Arif Rachman with Lieutenant Lieutenant Colonel Chk Nanang Subeni and Lieutenant Lieutenant Judge Colonel Chk Gatot Sumarjono.
