Back To Using Drugs, Fariz RM Admits There Is Pressure On Popularity

JAKARTA Three times arrested in a drug case, musician Fariz RM admitted that he returned to using prohibited goods because he felt there was pressure from popularity during his career in the music world.

"Yes, of course (Regrettfully) every time a case stops. But there is pressure. Popularity being an artist is my burden so that it slips again," said Fariz RM to reporters at the South Jakarta Metro Police, Thursday, February 20.

Fariz RM again apologized to his family, wife and children. Because he was again caught in the same case as before.

"I apologize to my family, wife and child. Related to this incident, which was not expected," he said.

He asked for prayers from his family to friends who supported him. So that he can be strong in undergoing the current legal process.

"That's why I want to ask all my friends and family for prayers so that the legal process, for what I have done, can run smoothly and safely," he concluded.

Fariz RM was arrested again for possession of 0.89 grams of methamphetamine and 7.4 grams of marijuana. The police explained that the arrest began with the first suspect who then led to Fariz RM.

"If from the information obtained, our development will arrest someone, namely ADK, then after that and develop it, then we can get FRM," said South Jakarta Metro Police Public Relations AKP Nurma.
