He invited residents to increase awareness in implementing clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS), such as routine washing hands, children should not play inundation of rain, also to keep food from being surrounded by flies.
"If we are not aware of PHBS, it will not only cause diarrhea, but it can also have an impact on upper respiratory tract infections (ARI)," he said.
Meanwhile, there has been no surge in patients in several hospitals in Palembang due to the transition season.
