NU's 102nd Harlah At Istora, Palace Ensures President Prabowo Hadi Tonight

JAKARTA - Deputy for Protocol, Press and Media of the Presidential Secretariat, Yusuf Permana, ensured that Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto was present at the peak of the commemoration of the 102nd Anniversary of the Birthday (Harlah) of Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) at Istora Senayan, Jakarta, Wednesday, February 5 tonight.

"Tonight the President is planned to attend the 102nd NU Harlah Reception at Istora Senayan Jakarta," Yusuf said in a written message received in Jakarta, Wednesday.

Yusuf said the theme of the 102nd NU Harlah Reception carried "Working with the People for Indonesia Maslahat".

Based on the composition of events received from PBNU, President Prabowo is scheduled to provide direction, as well as inaugurate the 102nd NU Harlah, as well as national deliberations (munas) and large NU conferences.

On the previous occasion, the confirmation of President Prabowo's presence at the event was conveyed by PBNU General Chair KH Yahya Cholil Staquf, accompanied by Rais 'Aam PBNU KH Miftachul Akhyar and PBNU Secretary General Saifullah Yusuf who delivered the NU 102nd Harlah invitation to the President to the Jakarta Presidential Palace, on Monday 3 February.

Gus Yahya, Yahya Cholil Staquf's nickname, said that the NU Harlah series also includes sarasehan with the scholars which was held on Tuesday, February 4.

The President previously ordered that the book package regarding Astacita be sent to the Sarasehan participants.

Meanwhile, PBNU Secretary General Saifullah Yusuf explained that hundreds of NU clerics dissected Astacita echoed by President Prabowo during the 102nd Anniversary of Nahdlatul Ulama in a Ulama Sarasehan forum.
