As Special Envoy For The President For Tourism, Zita Anjani Anak Zulhas Has Assets Of IDR 89.7 Billion

JAKARTA - The Presidential Special Envoy for Tourism, Zita Anjani, is recorded to have assets of Rp. 89,751,378,000 or Rp. 89.7 billion. The son of the General Chairperson of the National Mandate Party (PAN) Zulkifli Hasan reported his wealth on January 18.

Reporting from the e-LHKPN page, Zita, who is a PAN politician, has eight land and land and buildings assets worth Rp46,692,392,000. The locations are in Depok City, South Lampung, and East Jakarta City.

All of the land in the Depok City area belongs to Zita without a deed or grant. The area varies but the highest value reaches IDR 4,232,000,000 with a size of 529 m2.

In addition, Zita also owns three cars, namely the 2014 Toyota Alphard worth IDR 500 million; the 2023 LM350H4X2AT Lexus worth IDR 3 billion; and the 2021 Toyota Alphard 2.5 G AT.

In the report, Zita recorded ownership of other movable assets worth IDR 30,444,986,000; cash and cash equivalents with a value of IDR 6 billion; and other assets of IDR 2 billion. However, he does not have securities and debts.

As previously reported, the KPK has announced reports of the assets of state administrators (LHKPN) of the special envoys of the president. One of them is Raffi Farid Ahmad alias Raffi Ahmad.

This famous person was first recorded in submitting his wealth report because he had just become a state administrator. Raffi handed over his obligations to the KPK on December 27.

In the report, Raffi actually has assets of IDR 1,170,051,703,242. This amount is reduced because he has a debt of IDR 136,055,312,674 to IDR 1,033,996,390,568.
