TANGERANG - Residents of Kohod Village, Pakuhaji, Tangerang Regency hope that the central government will take firm action against parties suspected of profiting the identity of the issuance of property rights certificates (SHM) and building rights certificates (SHGB).

Haerudin, one of the victims, said that a number of identities of Kohod Village residents had been asked by Kohod Village staff without being clear for what purpose.

Over time, SHM and SHGB were issued on behalf of the company PT Intan Agung Makmur and PT Cahaya Inti Sentosa, which was affiliated with Agung Sedayu Group (ASG). He suspects that the Village Head (Kades) of Kohod, Arsin and his staff are involved in issuing certificates in his area, both SHM and SHGB.

"We beg to be dealt with. Because this has sold what is called, this sea belongs to a public state. Why are they being sold for purchase? It is used as certificates. Certificates are in the name of residents who do not know that certificates are made. Well, here. Please investigate thoroughly," said Haerudin when met in Kohod Village, Pakuhaji, Tangerang Regency, Tuesday, January 28.
