JAKARTA - Minister of Higher Education, Science and Technology (Mendiktisaintek) Satryo Soemantri Brodjonegoro denied that the voice recording circulating on social media was his voice.

"That's not my voice," he was quoted as saying by ANTARA on Tuesday, January 21.

Satryo also confirmed that the scattered footage, which shows he is suspected of criticizing his employees' water network, is not true.

Previously, there were circulating voice recordings as Minister Satryo who was angry and cursed at someone at Widya Chandra's official residence. In the recording, it can be heard that someone suspected of being Minister Satryo scolded household workers for the dead water.

"You deliberately let the water in this house die?" said the voice claimed to belong to Minister Satryo in the recording.

Meanwhile, the person who was scolded apologized, "Sorry sir. By Allah, I apologize, I really apologize again."

In the midst of the anger, the sound of items thrown. The narrative in the video recording also mentions the beating and throwing of goods at the victim.

The person suspected of being Minister Satryo then continued, "The water was alive, suddenly it died. You were silent with me. You are not responsible at all. This is on purpose, right?"

The person who worked at home finally admitted that he had made a mistake, saying that he did not accompany his subordinates who worked at home.

"I know my fault for not accompanying my subordinates to work. Earlier Ricky (the worker) said that it was done and safe," he said.

However, the owner of the house replied by being called a "poly carpentry" and accused the worker of deliberately making dead water.

"You're a lie, aren't you deliberately making the water in this house die?" he said.

The worker continued to apologize and explain the reasons for his absence.

"I admit, it was my fault that I did not accompany the team because I had to help my wife, who had just finished a quartic surgery and the stitches were still wet," he explained.
