He explained that the arrest of AN stems from reports from the surrounding community that there were allegations of illegal cosmetic trafficking in Sriwangi Ulu Village.

"Furthermore, we conducted an in-depth investigation and raided the shop," he said.

The alleged perpetrator will be charged with Article 435 of Law Number 17 of 2023 concerning Health, as well as Article 3 paragraph (1) and (2) Regulation of the Minister of Health Number 1176/MENKES/PER/VIII/2010 concerning Cosmetic Notifications.

"Currently, we have secured the alleged perpetrator and evidence at the East OKU Police Headquarters for further investigation," he said.
